Ran by a nice family, they rent mobile homes as well as campers . reasonable prices. Big laundry and shower house. Clean, . recommend to stay.

Currently living in this neighborhood and everyone whom I have met has been very kind and generous and friendly. We all keep a close eye out for each other to keep a safe place for children to play in. It's a mixture of cultures and people and a mixture of camper trailers and mobile homes as well. I do have only a couple of complaints about it. The advertisements state no damage deposit required in the trailer park and when I consulted with her about renting a camper/mobile home when I mentioned the fact that I have children a damage deposit was enforced upon only the mobile homes. Other than that all utilities are included with your rent and the convenience of a laundry mat is also available.
